Our Story
During my 10 year career as a disability and community support worker, my thoughts were building up on what more we can do to make Life easier for people with disabilities. This passion developed over years led to the foundation of You Care Disability Service as a qualified and professional disability support and community support provider.
This journey was a great experience which made me realise that working directly with people is my greatest strength. With You Care, I was able to leverage this strength to support people with disabilities to overcome their difficulties and strengthen their abilities. Over the last decade I have gained experience working with many types of disabilities, servicing a range of support needs. I love to assist and support people to engage and integrate into their community. I particularly enjoy helping people overcome difficulties and achieve their goals, and for them to be satisfied and get the best out of life no matter how simple, easy or difficult their goals are!
